It also sounded like they just weren't keen on selling them at all right now, even though they would bring in more money if they did -- they apparently are holding stock back for after-Christmas sales. Which explains why they haven't had any of the sets out at all after it stopped being a gwp. But the holiday sales may have lots of goodies!

Think I'd better keep a low profile from now on for a while :cool: !!! Although I did pop in to see if there were any Olay washes to get with my last 2 blueys and no one accosted me!!!! Went to the Oracle and used them up there. Also got the Herbal Essences shampoos with the freebie attached to it - thanks OP (sorry, can't remember who you are ).

Mr B would make a lot more money if he let everyone have the S&g sets now - we ALL want them NOW

It does sound silly not to sell the stuff now!! If the sale is 50%, then you might end up paying only £1.25, if the tills sees the £2.50. Unless they are not green stickered, I mean the new ones, not the older ones at £4.9x.

I wonder who comes up with the wacko strategies!!

Sorry if this has already been posted I haven't caught up on today's postings yet.

The SA in my local was taking the half price SELs off the wilkinson razors tonight just after 5pm and when I asked her if I could still buy them at half price today she said yes as the price changes tomorrow morning so it looks like the razor glitch is now over.

went into wilmslow boots today and they have MILLIONS of the s&g gwp boxes. the sa was more than happy to get them from out the back for me, as many as i wanted! shame bout them going into sale probably but i want them for christmas presents so ohhh well, just happy to get them

Popped into Boots at lunchtime as I hadn't been in for nearly a week!
There were ROC wipes on the shelf, but I'm so bored of the bluey's, I didn't even bother using any of mine!

Hoping there's some nice new offers starting tomorrow to entice me back in there...fingers crossed!
