i went to boots today just to get the razors deal everyones been talking about, bought 3 with points and the total came to £9.45,im gutted now as i feel ive wasted my hard earned points, its took me ages to get them and i thought it would be around £4.00
i dont know what happened????0 -
Thanks Anybunny - my little heart skipped a beat at the mention of Bourjois!!!
Someone mentioned a while ago about the GWP with Bourjois and have been on tenterhooks ever since - sad!!!
Will take the opportunity to get stocked up on nappies using my £3 off Huggies coupons to get my spend up to £50.00 and get the points!
Don't forget people that if you use a manufacturers coupon the till sees it as cash so will go towards your spend to get your points.
I have not been able to get the elizabeth arden eyeshadow compact free fromt he prima mag as none of my locals have had any in or any left so if anyone can still get hold of one are you interested in swapping my voucher for a couple of the Huggies £3.00 off coupons?? I can send the email link - you don't need to register with bounty as it is a couponstar one but I have reached my print limit. Send me a pm if interested.0 -

yummymummyoftwo, what did it go through as on the receipt? Curious because I'm hoping to try that glitch this week0 -
I bet because they have had to alter the Vat on loads of items they have also ironed out some glitches, but lets hope it has caused some glitches!I may have lupus but it doesnt make me useless! I am a true believer in Karma, and am a typical cancerian. I have a hard outside, but am mushy on the inside.:o0

It's a digital photo frame. I think 70 is way too much for that, too - they have them as low as 27.39 on Amazon with free delivery, though I didn't compare specs with that and the one the op wanted, so it may be not as good. But the thing is, Boots usually overcharges, so it pays to shop around and not be seduced by points, lol.0 -

My DS would like a photo frame... please can someone help with minimising cost or maximising points if I purchase through Boots? (I will have a look elsewhere on www just to check, but they are on offer in boots which seems like a v good start!)
EG the 5600030 is currently just under £70... is it better to go through .com or instore, and what codes vouchers etc are best to use?
Many thanks

"Great stuff! If the No7 makeup set is the OOTW this Friday as someone previously posted, I'll be down to Boots to try to get one and hopefully bonus points too (with further purchases, of course)

Hiya guys,
i went in to boots this morning to use up my blueys.. and I almost wished i hadnt!!
i asked the pharmacist what was included in the healthcare bluey and she said ALL healthcare as long as it was over £8 as it is going through anyway!.. well off i went shopping and got 2 boxes of Zantac (2 x 4.26 = 8.52) plus other stuff, and time delay eye cream for the £5 bluey and went to pay..
I gave both blueys and she said i cant use the £2 as i havent bought the items on the voucher only to explain that i have just asked the pharmacist and she says its ok.. off she went on a rant..and i said again i have just asked the pharmacist to go and check with her please.. what did she say:
" i think i can see what is written here on the voucher and it says only those here" OMG.. i tell ya customer service has gone down the pan.. well i thought there was no need for that so i said " i think i can hear as well and you need to check what it says as it also says more on there and she ordered me to go with her to the pharmacy to which another assistant next to her said whats the matter.. is it not over £8? she checked the order and said it will go through.. waddya know it did!..
well after that i asked her if she had put though the £5 off bluey and she told me yes.. afterwards i checked the receipt .. it hadnt taken off the £5.. so i had get refund and get it done again.
Well for all that i got a sorry from all the other assistants but not her!?
What an earth has happened.. i got another bluey but it is just not worth the effort! well maybe!!:D
so the moral of the story is if you get down to harrow, st georges. they are accepting blueys for all healthcare!..
phew thanks guys i feel better now!!;)0 -
