I have been with TalkTalk for two years and with the exception of some initial teething problems they have been OK. I have been on their TalkTalk2 package and pay about £23 a month for broadband, calls to UK landlines and calls to 36 international destinations. However, I understand that I may be able to change to a new package called 'myTalkTalk' and reduce this still further. Does anyone have any experience of changing over to this and will the current service provided effectively remain the same?

I have been with myTalktalk for 17 months and have had nothing but aggravation with them. Have never had broadband connection for more than a month with no problems. So much to the extent that yesterday, I sent them a letter cancelling my contract with them. I know they say never, say never. But I will NEVER go back with talktalk once my contract finishes.
