    Phew:). I know I can be a bit flip sometimes and it doesn't always come across the way I intend. I should have learnt to be more careful by now but I haven't:o .

    I think online courses are really difficult because you're dealing with everything being on screen, having to process the new material and retain it as you can't easily flip back a couple of pages to check something you're not sure of.

    hey all - not at work today (in service day) so probably not posting much til night, rest assured i am around!
