aol will i get cut off?

been with aol for 6+ years,since july for some reason they havent taken paymnet from me(broadband+phone calls) still have a active direct debit on my bank account that i have always had,so see no reason why they havent taken paymnet,my bill says i owe £98,can they take this anytime,or due to direct debit guarantee can they onlt take my monthly fee of £22.50?
Live in my shoes for a week,then tell me your lifes hard!

They cant just take it all at once they need to give notice im pretty sure, why not ring up and get it resolved0
