Keep up - D.Edna is a bloke. Muppet.

I'm new here, I thought it was a woman. Innocent mistake, I think. It doesn't make me a 'muppet' and I would thank you not to call me rude names, it's simply not necessary.

    Ok, go boy then!

I would take it to a local store, or go there and try and sort it out, in the past that has helped for me.
  • I am going to complain about argos vouchers that have supposedly sent to me 3 times since the beginning of december. Obviously they have never arrived,I doubt if theyve ever been sent, I think customer services just say that to get you off the phone.
I wish there was some way to never deal with them again but when it comes to saving money, it just isnt possible is it?? Any suggestions on the vouchers thing??

Don't take any beds/matresses back to any stores - they are large furniture items that stores do not stock. If you go in with it you'll have to take it back with you! If you have a problem in the first instance you should ring Argos Direct (the number is on the bottom of the receipt) and they should be able to sort any problems out.

How did you order your items? I assume here that as you didn't get them when you purchased them that you didn't buy your item(s) in store?

    Managing director, Argos

Weller has overseen a rebranding exercise in the past year as the retailer aims to reinforce its position as a customer-focused multichannel retailer. She has also been vocal on an issue that is close to many retailers’ hearts: town centre parking. With click-and-collect such a popular choice among Argos customers, it is clear to see why.

Sara Weller is still MD @ Argos
  • Did you have any luck as I have a settee that is 13 months old and the cushions have flattened, I am not overweight and do not have children nor did I practise having any on the settee.
