I would not go into the meeting without a rep or a manager on your side (probably hard to get).
You've had 24 hours notice, that is absolutely disgraceful, no chance to prepare, no chance to get some help/advice.Amo L'Italia0 -

Good luck with the appeal, there is no harm in trying, but be aware that you really do have no rights in this situation, even if they didn't follow procedure. Sorry xGone ... or have I?0
