DUNDEEMAN wrote:Yes, but how far did you get with your "booking" as my problem in trying to book two £10 rooms starts when I get to "confirming the booking stage" when one of the rooms suddenly changes price to £26, as up to that stage both rooms are available at £10, and this happens when I try to book on various dates throughout the year.
Have you spoken to the booking team?

Can't answer that one Dundeeman. My two rooms definitely came up at £10 each per night.SallyD0 -
How do these rooms differ to the standard rooms then? Whats the difference between saver and supersaver except for price?0

Whether I have had a twin or family room regardless of price the rooms have always been the same.SallyD0

The rooms and prices are not linked. There are various types of rooms depending on the lodge:
Doubles, twins, family (beds plus fold-aways), special needs rooms, non-smoking, etc.
And there are various prices depending on booking conditions:
Supersavers (£10 - 21 days advance booking - non-cancellable), Savers (£26 - 7 days advance booking - non-cancellable), standard (rack rate - fully amendable).
If you're lucky, you can get the biggest room at the cheapest rate!0 -
double and twin rooms are the same size.
the only travellodge that i have stayed in, that has larger than normal family rooms, ie a bedroom and a living area, was one in Brighton. family rooms at most other travellodges are just the normal double/twin rooms that have a sofabed, or camp bed squeezed into a corner of the room
all rooms are the same price whatever the size, the only price defining factors are based on demand. popular hotels in good locations, have few, if any £10 rooms.
