M&S 20% off everything day

I was in both M&S and Debenhams yesterday and was holding on tight to my cash awaiting this discount day and Debs - Wed/Thurs/Fri. Like so many others, I really appreciate these tips - thanks OP - and any savings at all we can make are very welcome.

Just to add wine will be included in the 20% offer but not food as previously mentioned.

Will be interesting to see if this does reduce the Dine for £10 price by discounting the wine. Wine offers they've had before like 20% off 6 bottles have worked on the wine included within Dine for £10.

I can't get to an M&S this Thursday or weekend
I've decided to shop online and stick it in my basket for Thursday just in case - here's hoping

Foods would never be included in a company wide 20% off deal. The margins are just to small to make it work. The same applies to technology products.

As for foods you should have a dine in for £10.

Just been to my local store and they have confirmed that the 20% will be Thursday to Saturday, and also online.

Most stores will be open 8am til 11pm on Thursday!

It will start midnight to midnight on Thursday only - it is not for 3 days - only on Thursday for 24 hours for everyone - staff and those with nominated staff discount cards - can enjoy the extra 20% off on Friday and Saturday as well so as not to create huge queues at the checkout and spread the load a little.
