i wouldn't worry about it too much Pickles.

i don't know about Abaxas but there will be many people that are never happy and even more when they see someone has got a good deal.

well done on the 3.99 deal.
  • Going back to the original problem, to accept new deal or not, what are the alternatives?

High LTV presumably means no alternatives which leaves SVR or deal at the end of the current one - no brainer if you ask me.

When did you buy Pickles? What are the options?
You can't win an argument with a stupid person.

I'm dyslexic ie I can't be @rsed to check for typos

'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher

    Hi

This was bought in Sept 2003 and at the time we put down 25% which came from selling our main home at the time.
I am pretty sure that we will take the fix at 3.99%, the rates probably will still go down but I think all in all this is a very good deal.

I could lower myself to ABAXAS level but I wont and I thank !!!!!!? for his support, he knew that there would be no point in me lying because how would anyone have taken my banter seriously in the future.
