You need to save it somewhere on your computer, then in your reply, click the icon that looks like a picture (next to the quote button), browse to it and click "OK".
Another thread on the mortgage board, where someone has been offered a 5 year fix at 3.99 to come out of the BBR+0.75%, that one was a lifetime tracker and residential.
Hi mate is that ok?
even you said i was a wind up!0 -
Generally, you do a scan showing the whole page with (personal bits blacked out), so people can see the headed paper etc rather than a cut and paste. Anyone can copy and change a few numbers.

Thread on mortgage board,
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1292881
Different user, in a lifetime tracker on a residential mortgage, given the same offer as you. Can understand CBS offering the deal to someone on a lifetime tracker, but your deal is just finishing, so don't know why they have felt the need to offer it to you.
Wnoder why I haven't been offered it?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. A new option for your Buy to Let mortgage
As you are aware, your current Buy to Let mortgage scheme comes to an end on 31 December 2008,
and we wrote to you in October regarding the options available to you.
Although you may have already responded to that letter, the recent Bank of England Base Rate
reduction means that the 0.75% Base Rate Tracker that your Buy to Let mortgage would naturally
mature onto on 1 January 2009 would be 3.75%.
The Base Rate is now at its lowest level since 1955, which means your Base Rate Tracker mortgage
will give you a great deal. Also, your mortgage rate will follow any further cuts, without any floor on the
product, meaning that your monthly payment could reduce still further.
Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of this low rate environment and consider fixing both
your rate and your monthly payment for the next five years. This provides peace of mind should
interest rates startto ri-se in- future years.
We have created the following product exclusively for maturing customers:
• 3.99% Fixed for five years.
Full details of this product are on the back of this letter. Please be aware that to secure this product
for 1 January 2009, you must return your paperwork as soon as possible. We do, however, guarantee
to keep the offer open until 5 December 2008.
Please note, you will not be charged a fee for transferring to this product. However, if you apply for it
and subsequently decide not to proceed, we will charge you a fee of £199 to cover the costs we have
incurred in securing the funds relating to this product.
We’re ready to help you review your options and find the right product for you. Please call our
Customer Service Centre on the number above quoting reference and we’ll be happy to
help.
Yours sincerely -

I thought over the time that the banter we had passed back and forth was only if you said black I would say white.
The one good thing out of this is !!!!!!? I now call you friend because you did not stoop so low and call me a liar.
Thanx mate

Pickles, I couldn't give a hoot if you have really been offered this or not, so if I believe you or not doesn't come into it at all. But what you have posted proves nothing.
Why don't you upload a photo on another hosting site with all the relevant bits to yourself blacked out. If you or anyone else cares enough, which I doubt.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

I'm holding ... will fix in early 2009. My view is the interest rates a heading in only one direction ...downwards .... as Mr Brown et al have virtually no idea how to put together a strategy encompassing many economic elements, so interest rates will be the primary tool (or some may say MR Brown is the primary tool).
At present on BR tracker after fixed deal, but after one month of higher payments, I am now faced with a nice period of substantially lower payments.0 -

I read your original post, that your current deal was BOE+0.75 and that was what was coming to an end, not that that was what was just starting. My mistake:o
Now I can understand why they have offered you this deal.
