I sometimes make spanakopita and these freeze quite well and can be cooked from frozen.0

Goats cheese parcels, mincemeat parcels (as in sweet mincemeat) I was going to try those this year instead of pies.
Chicken and dill parcel,prawn and asparagus,smoked salmon and cream cheese.
You can overlap loads of the sheets into a long 'log' put filling in and cook like a lattice then slice.
Can you not freeze filo?...I shoved some in the freezer the other week as didn't have time to use it.
Edit, have another post and you can freeze it...not sure where I got it in my head or which post made me think you couldnt....or just a 'blonde' moment.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0
