Hi Guys,
Thanks for all of your info, i've been away from work since NY's Eve so haven't been able to reply sorry.

I had my 1st appointment with my Midwife on Friday who advised that there is a womzan who soley deals with pregnant mothers and comes round your house with patches etc so i've booked myself in with her.

I've also given up smoking today, i haven't bothered before that as we were out for New year etc and i think it would have been too hard.

As i've only been awake since about 7am i haven't had my morning craving for a ciggerette yet as i'm at work but i think it may creep in about 10.30 when it's tea break time !!!

Oh well i'll try my best and take it one hour at a time, thanks for all of your help guys
