Possible a gormless wireless question!!!!!!!!

My friend wants wireless broadband in her house and need advice on whether it's possible.

My setup is: a router thingy connected to wall and PC, then two laptops connect wirelessly.

My friend's problem is that she only has a laptop and doesn't want to have a wire from the router to it. Do you have to have a pc connected to it or is it possible to set up without?

Thanks for any help.

All you need is a Wireless router connected to the modem & you'll be able to connect laptops wirelessly.
  • Thanks very much. She definitely has wifi capability (she uses it in McDonald's etc!) so it'll be fine.

    Thanks again MM
