Nicki- I'm convinced ours are speeding up the service by putting the postcards of sorry you were out through the door without knocking and waiting. I bet they even tiptoe upto the door so as not to be heard. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

I got really into Wicca and its peripharies(sp) when I was in high school and college, still have a load of my books actually, though my current sort of religious philosophy is a mixture...kinda went Roman and borrowed a bit from every thing, figure if it feels right then I can believe it. But there is alot to wicca/paganism which speaks to me. I've ever relly met any other wiccan/pagans but I found at college when the 'popular' kids found out about it, I got kinda curiousity poked fun at, they wanted to know more, but didn't want to be seen as liking something 'weird'...
Don't know if any of that makes sense actually, coz my words don't seem my own today....
Right off to find lists so I can make a startNow MARRIED!11/09/100 -
Well I'm failing miserably so far today. I've only just managed to get a shower thanks to my destructive toddlers rampaging every time I'm out of their eyeline. I successfully managed to flood the kitchen with the shower somehow, and DD (18 months) just
kicked my ankle with her shiny new clarks shoes (ow ow ow ow). I want to go back to bed and start today over.0 -
We got that this morning as well Nicki whilst I thought it was a great idea I was annoyed that they seem to be posting these to every household all in individually addressed envelops that CAN'T be recycled due to the glue used to make the envelope. A flyer would have done the job just as well.
I thought all envelopes can be recycled except for the ones with 'windows' in themThose I just rip the window part off and sling the rest in the recycling anyway

I used to go to school with our parcels post man (we have a man in a van come around with most parcels as we live in a terraced street - 123 houses in our road alone and I know our postie does at least 10 neighbouring streets, plus all the little sideones off them! ) and he knows to wait a little longerIf he doesn't get an answer he leaves it with a neighbour usually :rotfl::rotfl:

I believe in fairies, because if I didn't we have a ghost who moves things and steals socks, in singles not pairs!
More flinging done, this whole emotions elsewhere thing is doing wonders for housework. I have had to bin my paper list, because the constant reminder of cleaning him out as the top of the list isn't doing me any good. Time to go get DS2 from school and hope he doesn't spot the lack of something until later as he'll tell DS1.
Bye for now....One day I might be more organised...........
