Morning all

I'm very happily sitting here in my PJs, very relieved not to have to travel today (working from home). I've already flown a bit and as I'm sad i'll post what I did then cross it off :rotfl: target driven, moi?!

julie - how about fishfingers (or similar), waffles and beans? We have that often when we don't have much time and it's quick, easy and comforting!!

I do need to do some work work today but the almost 3 hours saved on not travelling help and I basically mean to do emails and stuff like that. I'm going away to nottingham tomorrow after work for a conference wed and I want to save my energy for that...

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs

Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
Fill a box with clutter from around the room.. make everyone gather their own belongings and put them away.. whatever if left goes in the bin!
Level 3
Wipe and water plants
Wipe all the paintwork.. right up the stairs.. and back down again
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –

1. Clear a hotspot
2. Sort out coats and bags and shoes
3. Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
4. Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need it

wipe kitchen worktops
wash up
handwashing
soak stained teatowel in bleach
phone solicitors
phone estate agent re sign outside
make spag bol for dinner
make lasagne for freezer
count & bag coppers
pack for night away
recycling into boxes
hoover kitchen floor
fold & put away dry washing

I’m sorry but how does valuing something the council knew it had (and what it was) by comparing it with another version which sold earlier count as AR ‘discovering’ an unknown treasure.

Think an early coffee is needed – might wander round house with it and make a plan

Morning all,

I'm in a CBA mood today:o . I need to go and get some nappies at some point, i'm trying to convince Ds2 he doesn't need them for bed but he's not having it:rolleyes: .

I also have to go to the school at 3pm, they want Ds1 to join the GIFTMAT scheme. He did in in juniors where he went to secondary school for the day but i'm not sure what they do now he's in secondary school . I guess i'll find out today.

My list is looking like this

I am starting this week again and just work around DH so hopefully it will make me feel better ..there is a lot to do but if i just stick to the list i wont do too much..:rotfl:

Oh oh, I've done it again! I'm off to the pound to [STRIKE]collect[/STRIKE] rescue three puppies form being PTS. Two of them will probably be moved on, but 1 will stay as a foster for a while until someone offers to adopt. I only emailed the coordinator last night and had a phone call ten minutes ago. I've also had an email from another rescue who needs help. Watch this space!:o

It is freezing here but at least its making me work. So far today today I've got the kids to school, made the beds, hung the washing up, fed the cat and the fish.
