Morning all, todays list. Back is still sore, and leg now too (that sometimes happens after doing exercises). Managed everything on my yesterday list, other than cooking the muffin/cakes, as was too tired. Hosp appt went ok, even managed to let them stick a camera up my nose and down my throat    (without screaming lol).
Sorry I have not read all the posts (there are lots and lots :o- no excuse I know) but hope all are well and if not, then hugs!

PS Sorry if I seem quick with my list, but have spent so long thinking ' she/he is better at this/that', when I became a Chrisitian I finally realised we all have different gifts and hopes and dreams. I can now happily say this is my talents, these are my 'lackings', not in a boastful way, just in a simple straightforward way!

I think whoever can't write a list of five things...you're being far too hard on yourself! :rolleyes2 I'm sure you're all good mothers/wives/sisters/daughters and I'm sure you all have things that you are good at. I'm sure that in your own way you're nice most of the time, I know there are times when I'm not that nice but on the whole I'm pretty good!

So I think it's time to stop putting yourselves down and remind yourselves that you are good people really :D I just don't believe you don't have 5 good things about you, it's just not possible unless you're really evil! And then if you were really evil I don't think you'd be on here!

    Ok lecture over :rotfl:

A few years ago I went for kinetic something or other (where your muscles are "asked" questions  Something along those lines) and I was given a list of "affirmations" which I had to stick up all over the place and repeat to myself. It was impossible for me. It's hard to explain how. I do suffer from an inferiority complex though :o

Bathroom done all bar the floor -it needs mopping so I will mop the kitchen floor first then do the bathroom - same water - but only one way round to do it...
However in order to mop kitchen floor I want THAT room in some semblance of order to off I go...

BTW have hoovered and dusted landing and stairs thoroughly too..and have defragged (again). Hall was hoovered yesterday by my supermum who did my lounge too. So just PC desk, pictures, barometer and shelves to dust etc.

    Looking good in Valliland!

Thank you OrkneyStar...it can be so difficult to see the good in ourselves.
Hopefully your list has helped others and not just me....

Justamum...maybe its not being able to say good things about yourself rather than not seeing any good things.
I think we are generally led to believe that its not good to say good things about yourself. Its somehow big headed..but its really bad for you to speak negative stuff over yourself. If nothing else we should be truthful about who we are and has already been said everyone has something good about them!
