Hello everyone. Has anyone tried this machine?

    http://www.backinaction.co.uk/mobiliser

Thinking of hiring one for a month. It would probably be used by all family (four of us). We have tried the Back Life machine and weren't that impressed.

    TIA
    Louise

Just do back strengthening exercises every day.
The more you use your back, the stronger it will get and less pain will be felt.

    Hi
I am looking for Mobiliser and BackInAction machine to buy

    Many Thanks
  • Hi, are you still looking to buy a Mobiliser? I have one that I purchased ex-hire from Back In Action. I have moved house in the last year and sadly don't really have enough room for it now otherwise I would be keeping it as it does definitely help my back issues when I use it regularly.
Let me know if you are interested. Kind regards
    Liz
