Just do back strengthening exercises every day.
The more you use your back, the stronger it will get and less pain will be felt.

Hi, are you still looking to buy a Mobiliser? I have one that I purchased ex-hire from Back In Action. I have moved house in the last year and sadly don't really have enough room for it now otherwise I would be keeping it as it does definitely help my back issues when I use it regularly.
