I already had a Halifax current account, Web Saver & Web Saver Reward accounts. So didn't have to have new login. The BOS IASA shows up along with my Halifax accounts.

I am now able to access my IASA details, but the interest rate is shown as 5.65%, has anyone got the same problem?

I think that means that you opted for monthly interest (gross), the AER is 5.8%.
