1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snack Foods Ltd (the “Promoter”), Superdrug Ltd, Touchstone Pictures their associated companies, agents and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. No Purchase necessary.

3. To enter the prize draw, simply text ‘Superdrug’ to 81025. All text messages will be charged at 25p plus standard network text rates.

4. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered. The promoter shall not be responsible for any telecommunication or electronic fault.
6. The opening date for receipt of entries is 18.02.09 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 14.04.09.

7. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date for each weekly draw under independent supervision. The first weekly draw will be held on 26th February 2009 to include all entries received from 00.01 on 18th February up to 23:59 on 25th February 2009. Subsequent weekly draws will take place on each subsequent Monday until 16th April 2009 from entries received in each week. Final weekly draw will take place on 16th April 2009.

8. There is one prize per weekly draw of 1 x Nokia 6220 mobile phone set, which will work on the O2 network only. The winner will be required to enter into a contract with O2, the prize is the handset only. A total of 8 prizes will be given away.

9. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter who will arrange for delivery of the prizes.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever in relation to the prize once delivered to the winner.
11. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw dates. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prizes are not claimed by 30.04.09 an alternative winner will be chosen.
13. The promoter takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously and all personal information, including mobile phone numbers and contact addresses will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and all such personal information shall be destroyed thereafter.
14. Prize winner may be asked to take part in related publicity.
15. The prize is non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part.
16. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
