Hi all - when postcards are sent back to you because the Post Office have read the wrong side of the postcard, can you take them to the Post Office to complain and get new stamps? I had five returned yesterday, one even had the address on the side and it still got posted back to me!!!

My freebie post cards came too, I was scared to use them as they're so nice but I managed it eventually
