CSA - enourmous amount of backpay to pay back £98 aweek!

1> we only give you 2 years to pay it back but (after having a silver tongue moved it to 3 years) becuase we know thats impossible we will give you maximum 3 erm isnt that called moving the goalpost

4>we can send balifs round

5>imprisonment

all these cannot be true im paying 37 a week and then 10 on top for arrears , and by the way you cant take my house as iva have put a charge on it at mo so get in line!

im contemplating now losing the house having another baby with my wife signing on the dole. going on councill list and getting a 4 bedroom concill house for free while i sit at home complaining about my bad back and watching jeromy kyle everyday !

At the end of the day, we have kids, we have to pay for them. No ifs, ands or buts.

If you feel the CSA's decision is wrong, can you please post a few more facts so that someone can give you some advice?
