Can anyone advise on a good digital camera to get for around £80?

Ms C, that would be great. It's for a Christmas present. Basically she wants a small enough one that she can take on nights out, but still good quality etc etc.

Hi,

Just been looking at digital cameras on the Boots website, they currently have a sale on with some bargains (I think). But, as I'm no techie, I don't really know which to go for.

I'd like to spend less than £100 but don't know which is best value. I've just got back off my holidays and my photos aren't nearly as good as others taken with better cameras than mine, so I'd like to get good quality shots next time I'm away.

Can anyone advise on the best brand to buy please? They don't mention the size of the memory cards in the adverts, does that mean I have to buy one seperately?

Usually yes. Very few cameras come with a card and if they do its usually very small. Play.com are good for SD cards.

i was looking at this camera for a xmas pressie, but what has out me off is it only takes aa batteries. i want li-on recharegable one for the camera/
