Wanted - Free Internet Call Waiting software

Does anyone know where I could get FREE internet call waiting software? I would prefer software that has been tried & tested on UK phonelines, if possible :xmassmile !

It doesn't exist I'm afraid. As you are obviously on dial up, the only way around this is by PAYING your line supplier for enabling call waiting and then buying something like this

I used to use this prior to getting BB and found it an excellent piece kit for not missing calls whilst using the internet.

Take a browse on the installation CD that came with your modem - some supply a program that does this. Mine did but I didn't realise for ages that it would work with v90 modems as well as v92.

As hollie says, you will still have to pay for Call Waiting from your phone company.
