Well you'll have to wait then until someone comes along who wants your house enough to pay the price.0

We have de cluttered and de cluttered everything is in boxes and in the loft and in boxes under the bed just fed up with not be able to live normally and looking for things you know you have and remembering its boxed up
thank you for the advice but already done
Boxing stuff up is not the same as clearing out! Get rid of it. If it's in the loft, unless it's Christmas decorations, you don't need it. I only have Christmas decorations, Christmas presents for the kids, one box purely for 'keepsakes' and one box of photo albums in the loft which will eventually have a space downstairs when we fit a bookshelf in the hall.
The people that sold us the house threw away two skips full of stuff!
There's always something you can get rid of. It's a constant process for me.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I must admit, when I moved down here from Yorkshire, whilst packing stuff up, it was an opportunity to get rid of some clat too.
Even if you do the work yourself, there is still material. You may do the conservatory, and get the same, or less than what the house is on the market for now.My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0 -
Live in rented at the mo with a conservatory, if I bought this house the first thing I would do is apply for planning for a proper extension and get it pulled down. Ice box in winter and on a night, too bright in the summer to use without blinds, pointless. One day I might be more organised...........
