HELP!! I don't exist so can't leave Bulldog/Pipex/Tiscali

Please help.
I am going to be moving home. I want to cancel my Bulldog broadband and phone (which went to Pipex and is now owned by Tiscali
). When I phone customer services they can't bring up my address, phone number, name, post code and say I don't exist. They will not let me speak to a supervisor or give me a reference number for my calls.
How the hell do I cancel? I'm going to cancel my direct debit, seeing as though they have no idea who I am it won't matter right?
Is this a good idea, I don't want to ruin my credit rating!

Can your login to your Bulldog a/c here: http://www.bulldoglounge.com/
(as far as I can remember, you just need your customer ref. and the password they gave you when you joined) - You should see whatever address details etc they hold on there.
I'm no longer a Bulldog customer but I seem to remember you had to login there to view your bills, but that was in the days before the Pipex takeover.0 -
