Never used the company, but it looks like the locks you're after. I just googled "Mila offset espag lock". Sorry for the delay in posting, was dragged out shoping

2 of the windows have broken in the open pisition so thats fine i get the old espagnolette locks out. 1 however has broken in the closed position to i cant open the window. any suggestions about how to open the window so i can replace the lock

You'll need to check whether the lock is fitted closer to the outside or inside of the frame, then take off the handle, try and turn the mechanism to make sure it's definately faulty and not the spindle in the handle thats at fault. If it's the lock then get yourself a thin bladed putty knife or scraper and try and insert it between the sash and frame where you think the roller cam is and chap the roller into the open position. It's difficult but it can be done, and it can be done without damaging the frame. You'll need to work from either the outside or inside depending on where the lock is. Best of luck0

hey guys me again
I managed to order some Mila 600 espagnalette locks which arrived today - all looked fine apart from the fact that the two small connectors that fit into the lock mechanism on the window frame and longer than my previous locks so the window will not close - eeek they are also slightly further in towards the middle than my previous ones although i could probably get away with this. Not sure if there is anything i can do - dont fancy trying to order some more again as the next lot could be slightly different too - any ideas

Would reckon you've got two options, either cut a notch in the frame to allow the cam to pass through (ugly, and not very good solution) or raise the sash a few millimetres, if the hinges are already touching the top of the outerframe then you'll have to take the whole sash off and move the hinges on the sash itself, if you decide to do this remember it's only a few millimetres you need so don't go mad. The hinges are usually screwed on to the frames, so make sure you've got a decent cordless drill with a spare battery before you start. Have a look at this picture and you'll see that there are usually slotted holes in a hinge to allow adjustment, the round hole is for fixing in place when your happy with the position.
