Where does it say that about having the rights to the pic? To be honest, I just treated Qype like any other forum and used the avatar I usually use... such as I do on this forum. Otherwise what are the point of avatars if we cant use them on websites/ online forums?

When you hover over either the upload picures bit or the word help next to it it says that, on my screen at least!

We will know within 2 weeks who gets them. I hope I get mine. I have done over 100 reviews, over 60 longish ones. Spent hours doing them.
