£50 amazon voucher from Qype

I finished my 50 reviews today and got the confirmation 'Amazon' email within 2 or 3 hours (not as fast as the previous emails).

I uploaded my profile pic after I got the email.

My email says as long as the reviews are okay I'll get my electronic voucher by 10th December.

My only concern is whether the reviews are long enough. I think they are but if they're not it would be nice if they'd give us the opportunity to edit.

I need a few more reviews to qualify for ninja though. I feel a shopping trop coming on. I think I've written about everything I know!

Woohoo... I got my automated email confirming I finished all 50 reviews too. I hope they pass the check and I get the voucher as it would really help with a Christmas present I want to get from Amazon.

I cant believe people are copying other's reviews! That's well out of order. I just wrote about shops/bars/restaurants around my area and my work area and usually found it easy to write more than 100 words. To be honest I would have thought it would be easier to just write something original myself than editing other people's reviews so that they dont look like they've been copied... ahh well, hopefully those users have been taken off Qype as I think this website is a great idea and it would be a shame if it was filled up with copied reviews in users attempts to get something from the website.

anyone else still waiting to get an email from them? i haven't had my £50 one or a reply to my other 2 emails saying i hadn't heard from them!!

I'm still waiting and I completed my reviews as well as emailing them on Wednesday. I can only assume they will get round to it as others have finished later and received theirs?

I think I will get the free gifts they advertised before as I registered prior to 18th, but I am worried my reviews are not long enough. They are between 8-14 lines and I am worried they are too short. There is only so much I can write about certain things before I feel like I am going on too much.

8-14 lines sounds fine. Better than most to be honest.

hello, can anyone help with how to upload photos onto qype? i have followed the instructions reinstalled flash etc but still when i click on upload nothing happens?? any ideas? also do we have to have uploaded a profile pic to qualify for the amazon voucher challenge?? i didn't see that in the original t&c's? TIA! x

I didnt see in the T&A anything about having to upload a pic to Qype to get the voucher. I am sure thats optional.

to upload i just click on the upload picture at the top choose picture i want from my computer and then a red line appears and then when done it should say succesfully uploaded picture, i have quite enjoyed doing this and since have added some new reveiws with pictures from our recent trip to florida.
