    Hi evenasus

I also had a problem last week (8/11/08) see link http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1272621

I have gone through the postal re-set process, still waiting for my new Web ID to be returned.

I have had my account for over a year with no problems until then, I like you definitely entered all the correct details.

    I'm not alone then.
I would have thought you should have received your new ID before now.
I thought they were supposed to send it out the day after they receive the form.
Not good enough is it? Especially when you know you've entered the correct details,
  • Not that desperate to get into my esave account but if I don't have it by Monday I will give them a call.
My online application for the Poppy Bonds went through OK before I got locked out, as all the paper work arrived together with my security form.
