I would have thought you should have received your new ID before now.
I thought they were supposed to send it out the day after they receive the form.

Not that desperate to get into my esave account but if I don't have it by Monday I will give them a call.
My online application for the Poppy Bonds went through OK before I got locked out, as all the paper work arrived together with my security form.Martin0
