Yeah I think she told me where it was from (bad influence!) Can't remember if popkins/butterfly-meadow is on here but the butterfly stamp I used on my card is Inkadinkado and I got it from http://www.thatscraftyonline.com/acatalog/Inkadinkado_Clear_Mini_Stamps.html

Oooh thankyou for that! I have saved the link in my favourites for after payday - itching to place an order!!! Although I must admit stamps scare me a bit!! LOL!! I've only used them a little ages ago but they weren't the clear ones & it was a bit disastrous really!! I know this will sound like a silly question but how do you ladies put the ink on the stamp? I stamped the stamp in the inkpad but I think thats where I'm going wrong? should I put the ink onto the stamp and if so how do you do it? Also which are the best inkpads to use? sorry so many questions... :D

I've put the kettles on for the hot water but we could have a cuppa while we wait.

Popkins, not sure about everyone else on here but I like Versamark especially if you have a very finely etched stamp and you're embossing (next stage after stamping) or if you intend to colour with pens or markers then Stazon ink. Another that have been recommended for use with markers and pens is Memento. I'm giving that a try this weekend, will report back!!

If you're stamping onto a scrapbook page then it has to be an archival type of ink but I'm at work and can't remember which one it is.

Yes! Boss! Extremely busy, Boss, no, not on the internet!

Yes, I know what you mean Rusty you can almost also tell when someone's not well.
O/T Perhaps a bit too long ago for you (& I don't remember in person!) but in WW2 & they were using morse code & they could recognise someone by the way they keyed the dots & dashes!

The wife - Hope you sit in a corner @ work so they can't creep up behind you & catch you! (I do! I 've been there long enough so I had the pick of desks when we moved - very sad, I know!)
