I went to Sainsburys yesterday (first proper day of the holidays here) - the lady in the queue behind me had 2 kids with her (about 5 and 7). The LO was having a tantrum and the mum was saying ' roll on september' :rotfl:0

melissa so glad you liked your baby presents. huge thanks to Rusty for organising it all:T I love the cards on your blog - the colours are gorgeous:T neither of my two have had imaginary friends - that must be hard. it is hard giving them a bit of independence. ds1 goes to secondary school in a year's time so we are doing it bit by bit otherwise he will be in for a shock!

Rainmac - no purchase of wabbits as yet (but might be needed for this challenge - lol)! and congratulations on winning the challenge.
I daren't buy anything as I've just got 2 more sets of nesties and a box of goodies from Every Moment Matters - fortunately delivered when OH was out - glad it didn't rain as postie had left it propped up by the french doors.
My DD is 9 and walks to school on her own but saying that we live in a little village and there are 4 of them that meet up on the way and school is only about 10 mins away anyway - I won't let her come home on her own though as I would be worried where she got toOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Thank-you ladies for your comments on Willows cards,:T she was absoloutely thrilled when I said we could put them on my blog for you all to see. As well as decorating the cards she wrote a thankyou message inside each one.
The party started off great, the trampoline a deffinate hit, my DIL had decorated the living teepee in the garden with flowers and put a quilt and cushions on the floor inside and they all sat inside to eat the bbq followed by strawberries and ice-cream. After 2 rounds of Pass the parcel it started raining, so we quickly sang happy birthday and cut the cake, just then the heavens opened luckily it was 2 minutes to home time (no chance) they all piled into the house for a DVD. We snook out and left them to it:D. Hopefully we will get a piece of birthday cake tomorrow0 -
Melissa I'm so glad you liked the gift Rusty created for you on our behalf. All thanks to Rusty for organizing everything. We just need a baby now!!:rotfl:
I have made my challenge card and will post a picture later.
This morning I received a beautiful pocket card from Popkins for the CP swap. I love it Popkins:T and can't believe its the first one you have made. I will post a picture on CP later.
Rainmac glad to hear you have been able to make a start on the Wedding order. I know its early days yet but have you had a response from the florists?
I always prefered Children to be in the trolley at the supermarket cos once I went to Sainsburys with my 3 minded children, 2 in the trolley and the 3 year old walking. When I turned round the 3 year old had a huge jar of Beetroot clutched to him shouting "here you are Karen" OMG I nearly had a fit. Very calmly and gently I told him he was such a good boy helping me do the shopping, took it from him and lifted him into the trolley with the food :rotfl:Can you imagine if he had dropped it OMG...0
