flourgirl what a fab card looks just like jennie's photo

jailhousebabe Your nappy cake is beautiful. It'll soon be thursday .

just got back from bradford we took my grandaughter to the hospital there and whilst we were waiting for her we took kaitlyn to the range. OMG the prices my o/h was dying laughing cos everything he showed me i said put that back i can get that for a lot less online.I love ribbons and he found some for 99p and i said i can get 20 reels for 9.99 at artymiss and a lady who had a handful put hers back and asked me to write her the web address down .I also told her to put her rubber stamps back cos same ones are £1 at mad about cards .
Kaitlyn spent money though she got grandad to buy her a mr men paper pack some stickers and a big box with card and glitter card in. oh and smirk glitter stickers.

I got a new sweeping brush lol

Been thinking of saveapenny all day. Tried to keep busy with cleaning and ironing but hasn't worked very well.

Jailhousebabe -sorry, I only just saw your post about the guitar (don't know how I missed it !) Thanks a lot but I think I've solved the problem. I've got a little guitar shape (fell off a christmas decoration) and the size is just right so today I set about painting a guitar, intending to stick it on top of the shape. Daft me...........might as well paint directly onto it I thought......so thats what I'll have a go at tomorrow.

Craftygranny - I am always amazed at how much you can save by ordering online - even when you take into account the postage!! Sounds like Kaitlyn will have more stuff than you soon - its so lovely that you have crafting in common though!

JHB - forgot to say yesterday how much I liked your nappy cake.

Flourgirl - Fantastic Hat Card - I love it when I find something really appropriate to the person I'm making for.

Padster - Thank you for liking my ATC! Our elderly cats need their teeth cleaning but am putting it off until vet says it's got to be done or they need some other things done (unlike the NHS you can usually get things all done at once to save upset & sp? anaesthetic sp? fees)

The wife - Hope you soon feel better. Lovely hearts card. I'm a postaholic but my DH can ignore post for weeks on end unless it's his flying magazines - he just doesn't get it! so sometimes I hide ;)the magazines at the bottom of his mail to provoke some action.

Craftgranny - good for you - spreading the word!

Rainmac - How's it going with the bows? Need any help?
