Making cards - Ideas for a card craft beginner (part 2)

Flourgirl a while back you send me a pressie through the post, there were some small scalloped edge cards and also some small square cards about the same size as the scallop ones? were they from craftwork cards?

Not had a chance to catch up with blogs or anything I have been busy all day then out with SIL and kids this evening, they have only just gone up to bed :eek:

I picked up a copy of the cardmaking magazine which Rainmac had her free fabby papers from and I must say it is lovely!! I am quite inspired by a lot of the cards in there. I want the other one now but can't find it locally!

Just uploaded a new card on my blog - it's a birthday card for my Mum and i'm hoping it's acceptable for the Crafty Place July Challenge! x

Sorry it's late but my new pens were shouting at me and I had to play and sort out a birthday present for a party DD is going to tomorrow just had to add a coloured in image to the box

The cards I sent to you were from craftworks cards. If I sent some coloured ones they were Anitas.

Lei-Armstrong - beautiful "purple" card - I really like how you've placed the three images at the side.
Flourgirl - I haven't heard from Mary - I remember she was having problems with her PC - but that was ages ago!

Rusty, thank you so much for my little gifty that arrived yesterday. They are brilliant, and thank you again for thinking of me.

I've had to spend a little less time on the computer as they are cutting the rape fields very near me and my eyes are so sore, it seems to be the one crop that affects me so badly. What a combo, snotty nose, runny eyes and those blasted little black storm bugs everywhere and having to have the windows closed. I've even got them inside my screen crawling around. Bah! :mad:

Going back to have a look at everyones creations.

Melissa Mary43 started posting again as Mary OP but she has gone again I just wondered if anyone had heard from her PM wise. I hope she's ok.
