craftygranny - I love your poinsetta; how did you do that from a stamp?
saveapenny - what a gorgeous Christmas card. Your figures look like chipboard rather than paper? The matching envelope is inspired.
I think I'm up to date now with blogs, so have commented on cards and gifts there and won't repeat myself here.
Flourgirl - that's a great idea to combine the two suggestions
Furry - I never knew you had a blog!Sorry, I don't know how that passed me by, but I am now a follower!
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -
For the next challenge should we combine both ideas and make a Thank-you card (furrypig) with embossing on (lei_armstrong). Cards would have to be completed by Monday 27th July.
That's a fab idea, didn't think of that :T For the people who aren't able to emboss - we don't all have cuttlebugs you know , could they submit a thank you card without embossing?
Come on furry, can you run the challenge for us...? If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

I didn't either, I sort of stumbled across it yesterday:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
I'd missed Furry's blog as well - glad it wasn't just me
.
Just a quick reminder that I'll be drawing the pairs for the ATC / Fat Page swap on crafty place on Wednesday so it's not too late to join in.
I've been busy today have made 2 teacher's gifts - for July CP challenge.
Secret card and another stamped image folder - pics on my blog.
I think I've finally lost the plot was trolling up and downstairs from the spare room with my craft stuff as I threw my teddys out the pram on Friday and put it all away and spent yesterday sulking (that will teach OH to say the house looked like a s*** hole - he actually meant the kitchen floor which needs replacing as does the lounge carpet) and he offered to put me a desk in there so I would find it easier to craft. When I said but you'll never see me he said he would make sure I knew when I'd been in there long enough - so I politely declined his offer as I would prolly get less peace than I do now - plus running up and down the stairs keeps me fit :rotfl:.
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Great idea for a challenge - wonder if I have the thank you embossing folder........... think I bought congratulations instead
.
I'm still a nestie free zone and bought a pair of scissors with big scallops today for £1 so have crossed the scallop border punch off my list as well (for now :rotfl:). So hardly spent anything this week apart from the my mind's eye cardstock.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I promise I will catch up with blogs tomorrow or Tues.

Rainmac I was thinking about the embossing for those who dont have a cuttlebug, most of us have embossed card in our stash even if its only the bazill swiss dots. If anyone is short of it I can always post some to them. x0 -
