The chocolate background paper was also from a shop no longer open, but you may be able to find it if you do a search. It was an A4 size sheet

The 'chocolate is not just for breakfast' is a rubber stamp - have to check out the maker!

The other choccie text was from a book of sayings I was given as a present

Not a lot of help, but a Google search might bring them up

You can not tell in the scan copy but the toppers I have used have silver foil effect.

The 'happy birthday' is a pre-printed tag, the 'dad' I wrote on with a sparkly felt-tip pen I did it in pencil first then erased it so I had something to go over - I'm not confident about writing on cards!
