The tie came in a pack of 3 in a closing down sale of a craft shop last year - so not much help there
The little brief case was made by someone selling on Ebay and is made from leather effect card. Don't think she sells on there now, but Ebay is a good place for card making stuff
The chocolate background paper was also from a shop no longer open, but you may be able to find it if you do a search. It was an A4 size sheet
The 'chocolate is not just for breakfast' is a rubber stamp - have to check out the maker!
The other choccie text was from a book of sayings I was given as a present
Not a lot of help, but a Google search might bring them up

Thanks
OOH BY THE WAY YOUR CARD IS LOVELY JAILHOUSEBABE0 -
Really sorry but this scan is a bad copy but I can not find my camera again lol. This is my male card, I am very very unhappy with it, I had big plans and it turned out pants. I used the forever friends cards from Hallmark and just coverd them over. Any ways here is my very lame attemp at a male card, complete with bad artwork.
You can not tell in the scan copy but the toppers I have used have silver foil effect.

The 'happy birthday' is a pre-printed tag, the 'dad' I wrote on with a sparkly felt-tip penI did it in pencil first then erased it so I had something to go over - I'm not confident about writing on cards!
