Hi! All! just spent a fab week with the grandchildren from Canada, I am at a loss as what to do as they made the suggestions on what to craft everyday. Any challenges still going?
I've got 15 - 16 pages to catch up on all the news and that's just a weeks worth. :rotfl::whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

rainmac love your xmas card, the mouse image is sooo cute!!the colours are so well blended and shaded, I read that you coloured it with whispers and a waterbrush, did you colour onto the image then blend it with your waterbrush, or colour onto an acrylic block then pick it up with the brush? if you can understand my rubbish description of the techniques lol :rotfl:

I scribble the Whispers pen on an acrylic block and pick the colour up from there with the waterbrush pen (picked up that tip from the brilliant Pinkladymel). I really enjoyed it! Need more colours though, have ordered some ink pads that you mentioned a page or so back as I could stamp or colour-in with them

I've been busy making bits and bobs for my craft fair this week. I've wrapped up 8 loo rolls with a cheeky poem; printed, cut and folded journal jar quotes for 6 journal jars; put togther jars of nothing and sorted all my cards and put them all in individual cellophane bags. I am so chuffed that I have at least 60 cards to take to the fair.
Today I have started making door hangers. I've stuck paper onto one side of 21 door hangers. Now have to find my craft knife to cut round the paper and then stick paper on the second side and cut round again. Then need to embellish themOH has been in Hastings today and is currently stuck on the M25, literally stationary. His sat nav says to expect to be home at 11pm. Think the curry I made will be going in the bin
Have a great weekend everyone:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0
