Just a quick one as I have had the day from hell with two demon children. My nearly 5 month old screamed his head off everytime I tried to put him down !! and my 3 year old kept kicking off because I could not put his brother down  I am completely shattered and got through nearly a whole box of Roses (OH's fathers day gift) due to the stress so I now feel as sick as a parrot :(

Flourgirl - I am glad you are back it has seemed very lonely on here without you !

Rusty I got a sugarnellie lucky bag and it came about 2 days after the dispatch e mail .

flourgirl nice to see you back . It's been strange not to see your name .

Jailhousebabe - congrats on selling your cards!!! What a great friend haggling up in price rather than down, although your cards are worth much more than 75p! I'd be interested to see what you got in your basic grey package!! I always get confused on websites trying to calculate how much I need to spend in order to get free delivery when I have a discount code.

Just tried to upload the photo and the batteries in the camera died :(
The stash is upstairs, but I'll try to remember what was in it:
    - 60 12x12 papers (Sugared; sultry; cupcake; archaic; wassail; & boxer - only 1 from wassail, a few boxer and archaic, mostly the first three)
    - A 6x6 cupcake pad
    - 2 sheets of chipboard letters (1 cupcake, can't remember what other was)
    - 1 packet of chipboard shapes (build your own clown (?)) I think there's 4 sheets in there
    - 1 set of stamps (inspire/cherish/ etc)
    - 3 sheets of rub-ons (archaic; baby; robots(?))
    - 1 birthday card set (enough to make 8 cards, complete with envelopes, chipboard shapes, rub-ons)
    - 1 rub-on 'tool'
    - 1 set of filing/distressing tools

    I think that's it!
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

I had the most fabulous card fron cazarol in the MSE card swap, I'll try to get a picture but I'm not sure I could capture all its gorgeousness. Everyones cards are fabulous.

Morning ladies, been up since 5.30 with ds, but it's a beautiful morning so am trying to be happy about it ( I do love my bed though...)

Rainmac, thanks for the info on the door hangers. I shall definitely be having a go.

Crafty granny - the image wallets are lovely.

Rusty - how's it going with DH away? Also I think the martini glass idea is inspired - think that would go down well with some of my girlfriends!

Mel - beautiful cards as usual!

JHB - congrats on selling your first cards -it's so nice when other people like them too.

Rainmac - see we told you she'd like them!

Welcome back Flourgirl - hope you had a good time.

The Wife - what lovely boxes. I think I've got some sort of scoring board somewhere, maybe I'll actually get round to using it now I've seen yours!

Leia - what a lovely ATC.

Right - off shopping! It gets very expensive getting up so early - I can't be bothered to actually do anything so sit here surfing while DS watches TV then everyone 'gets up' properly at 7!

    Mornin All

I think I have caught up with the posts and everyones blogs, I have tried to leave comments for everyone I'm sorry if I have missed anyone out. There are some fabulous cards ATCs and gifts on your blogs. Well done to all of you :T:T:T
I have had a lovely 5 days away in the caravan with my lovely hubby:A We only went to Lincolnshire (not far from Mary's actually) but we still had a nice break. The chap that had the campsite ( well his back garden!) was 92 years old:eek: he came round to collect the money on his scooter :D he had everyone doing jobs for him. One couple went and did his washing up! she said it looked like a weeks worth  someone else cut the grass and I saw a lady weeding. Then yesterday someone had taken him shopping! Think if we had stayed any longer it would have been my job to go and clean up for him. He only charged £6 per night including electric. Bless him. It was our 35th Wedding Anniversary on Monday and it was a red hot day, just like our wedding day, so perfect :D.It's hubbies birthday on Thursday too so we are going out for a nice meal to celebrate both occasions.

Rusty I was so pleased to read about your DHs new job,:j:T I really am thrilled for you all, and the week will go so quickly for you once you get used to it. You can always rely on us to keep you company and broke:rotfl:

It sounds like you had a great time flourgirl; how sweet that the old chap had everyone running round after him. :)
It reminds me of my parent's next door neighbour - he's 98; works one or two days a week on his neice's farm; and if my dad's not quick enough with the lawnmower, he brings his through the hedge and mows the lawn for him!
I wish I had that kind of energy. :o

I've posted some more things on my blog this morning! Finally got round to it!

I've made a card this morning too, I'm struggling for ideas on cards...I think I might have too much stuff in my stash! (Actually I take that back you can never have too much!) But I have such a small work area I can't get everything out to see what I've got!

I ordered it from here. Postage is a bit steep but the prices seem a bit lower than rrp, so I figure it'll even out ;)

Oops, I've just ordered it too along with several other things  P&P was £5.70 but I've got loads of stuff and it's all much cheaper than sold elsewhere (the goody bag RRP is £14.99)

Rusty, this is the goody bag...

http://www.firststopstationers.co.uk/acatalog/July_2009_Promotion.html. It's £11.37 inc vat and £3.60 p&p if that's the only item you order. I love the robin stamp ;)

Poor you, my kids were a nightmare yesterday too, hoping for a better time of it today but DS2 was up about 4 times last night, not sure why so I am knackered already and it's only 11am
