Rainmac Happy Holiday! Beautiful nappycake.
Thanks for the links to the stamped images, I now have loads with special thanks to npsmama. If anyone sees the Hanglar & Stanglar images on their travels, please let me know.
Emma as your Dad is north from me as the crow flies tell him I'm sending a wave :hello: I love Lavenham and Kersey too. I too get inspiration from the garden, it's all about how nature puts colours together.
Everyone have a wonderful weekend especially Rusty 'cos she's got the bug! Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Sorry, I didn't say where we're going - Weymouth in Dorset. I've got a list of lots of things we can do if the weather is rubbish and can't get on the beach much and going armed with the rest of my Tesco Clubcard vouchers that will get us in to a couple of places. My DS1 is really interested in knights and castles so hope to go and see Lulworth castle as it looks great. He hasn't been to a castle before and I think he'll love it.
Rusty, this is an unwrapped pic, it's a rubbish photo taken very late at night and I am rubbish at taking decent pics anyway ...
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Emma, enjoy your OH being home, I too try at football but I am not very good x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

Morning ladies!
Bon voyage and Happy Holidays to everyone off on their travels. I used to love those days when we weren't limited to school hols.
I have to say thanks to this board for opening my eyes to so many things-including buying stamped images and digi stamps. I am not the best stamper in the world and it's so nice to just get on with the decorating!
Unbelievable nappy cakes Mel, RUsty and Rainmac - I made one a couple of years ago when it all first surfaced and I can't believe how beautiful your all are. The wrapping of the cakes in blankets etc makes such a difference. Anyway - they are all lovely.:T
Dragonllew - hope your hand gets better soon. It sounds horrible!
Choccy - hope the physio wasn't too violent!
Lucy Lu Lu- it's nice to see you back again
Emma - not expecting to see you on here for a while;)
FiFI -look forard to seeing your cards when you've managed to stop drooling!
Fab cards everyone - I'm still getting to grips with posting on here - checking blogs then remembering to do comments to!
Hope to get a couple of cards done this weekend- I only really get the chance when the children are in bed- and I don't want to ignore DH every night! Should have done some last night when he was out but just vegged in the end!
Have a great weekend everyone.0 -
Morning all - I thought I'd lost my last post as it had disappeared last night & I was too tired to do it all again & I'm sorry about the thumbs down symbol I didn't mean it if it was me who did it - honest!
Emma - Yes, we've been to Lavenham - I love it 'cos it's pretty & pink. I remember a lovely lunch it the National Trust place there. We try to go somewhere different each time we are down there - last time we ventured to Colchester - my grandad was stationed there in the late 1800's - yes I really do mean 1800's!
The wife - We've not done Kersey or even heard of it! Can you tell me more for next time we go? Suppose I should Google it - I'll do it now.
Snipped You Mrs Tidge I'm still getting to grips with posting on here - checking blogs then remembering to do comments to!
Me Too!! Can't get to grips with blogs either - mine or anyone else's!
I've got serious challenges today 1) tidy craft room so I can find info for Rusty 2) the mountain of ironing & 3) investigate new Home Bargains opening today! ......But in the words of Arnie...... 'I'll be back' It was him wasn't it?0 -

I only have a few but pls don't buy stamped images of Magnolia - ask me and I will happily stamp you some and send them to you!"Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and Absurdities have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can."

The_wife there's a seller on ebay that sells the hanglar stamped images - I've bought a few from her before. She lists them as "whimsical" images. I prefer these to the magnolia stamps, they're really cute.0

It's that same seller Mellissa - I prefer them to magnolia too - think it's coz their faces are rounder :rotfl:(still no nose though sniff!)
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
