Quick Poll: Attention all the people having problems adding photos to Crafty Place: Are you running Internet Explorer 8? (the new version?) replies much appreciated as I'm trying to fix the problems over there!0

Rainmac I have this if it's any use to you for your baby cards

Here (Above) is my sketch card entry. I think the photos are a bit blurred and the fine ribbon looks a lot darker than it is 'in real life'. In the end I cut down the scalloped card it was going to be because my printer wouldn't colour the edges if only I could remember how to do that. I got my 'threading water' punch last week & used it on the insert just because I could!
This is my craftyplace card swap for May (looks like a drunk put the bags on there!) How & where do I put these cards on Crafty Place please?
This was Gemma's lovely May swap card to me - so well made.
Marg Gorgeous challenge card, so pretty, :T beautiful matching insert too. Thank you for joining the challenge. Well done :T
Love the handbag card too and the one Gemma sent to you

Happy Birthday Mrs Tidge, hope you have a fantastic day

Beautiful cards everyone
I picked up my cuttlebug from the parcel depot today!!! it is fantastic! I haven't had a proper opportunity to play as yet but OH took me upto hobbycraft aswell
The free punches that came with my order are massive, not sure if I will use them or not to be honest!
Rainmac thankyou for the link ... I have spent £12 but don't tell OH please :rotfl:
Can I ask where the cheapest place is that sells nestabilities?? Ideally the scallop circles?Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Thanks for all the birthday wishes ladies - I was at work unfortunately but am about to enjoy some cake with my boys when they get home in a minute! I'm just wondering how long I can keep buying things online and saying 'oh - that can be for my birthday!!'
Dawn - hope you've recovered from your flood adventure - rescuing the cricut was obviously the most important thing!
Saveapenny - well done on getting the cruise - good luck getting everything ready.
Rainmac - your cards are amazing - of course she's going to like them! 5 cards in one order is great.
Flourgirl/Rainmac - I would go for at least £2 for your cards. I have a little stand at my desk and charge £2 for most and £2.50 for personalised ones. I'd add at least 50p on top at a craft fair too!
Hels - I love your scalloped cards - I've managed to avoid getting caught up with scallps yet but I don't think it's going to be long before I can't help myself!
The-wife -your card on your blog is so sophisticated -acetate is something else I haven't used yet but might have to give it a go now!
npsmama - I think your cards were lovely! I sometimes don't feel happy with a card, but then someone else will love it so it's all so subjective.
mumhug - so sorry to hear about your fil. My thoughts are with you and your dh
Rusty - I'm glad the funeral went so well (iykwim?) - these days can be so hard.
Flourgirl - the dalmations are just gorgeous. I think they are my favourite cards lately. Do you know where the images were from? I would quite shamelessly copy you!
Bunbun - spaceboy is so cute. I think I'm going to have a go at some for some 3rd birthdays we've got coming up.
Congrats on your ppi claim HAmish - you must be thrilled.
Melissa - sounds like you've got a budding nappy cake business there!
Marg - lovely cards. The challenge card is so beautifully finished -did you round all the corners yourself?
Gemma - love the Anya image and your colouring in is fab. YOur craft area looks lovely too - I work in complete chaos in my study - the table is completely covered with whatever I've been using lately! I'm a crafting slob!
Rusty - enjoy your cuttlebug!
Well, I broke off halfway through this reply for pressies and cake with my boys. DH bought me a new pink coolpix camera which was a complete surprise, as well as a lovely silver necklace which wasn't quite so much of a surprise! I'm now drinking pink fizz while he reads to the boys and then a takeaway - a lovely birthday indeed. Off to get some of the Inkadinkado stamps that Rainmac had now!0 -
Marg - beautiful cards, I really like how you've decorated the inside of your first card - that punch is fab! I too love Southport - I don't think its as thriving now as it used to be - which is a real shame. Last time we went we found they had closed the zoo and the funfair. I don't fancy going to the hospital in labour on a tram!! I had to get a taxi last time as neither of us drive!
Rainmac - My first was nearly two weeks late, and my second was a week early, as for this one I've got a feeling he'll be early too, although I hope not too early as I've still got to buy the pram.
Rusty - I'm glad you finally got your hands on your cuttlebug!!!0 -
Happy birthday Mrs Tidge!! hope you have had a fab evening. it is my OH's birthday today too - we had a birthday tea with the boys.
melissa I have used the guillotine lots and now I can judge where to cut I think it is fab. it cuts so much better than my other one. have you used yours? well done on the nappy cake :T
marg lovely cards. the sketch one is fab and I love the insert:T
