Making cards - Ideas for a card craft beginner (part 2)

Further costco update - I can't seem to keep away from the place at the mo. We nipped in for tea because I was too tired to cook (our meal there costs a princely £2.69 - 1 jacket pot with chilli and cheese for me, 1 jumbo hot dog for the boy and a refillable diet coke to share)
Anyhow, the paper packs that I was talking about before have been reduced to £11.97 (+vat) so I couldn't resist buying another. Piccies here for anyone interested.




I'd only gone to look at the craft stuff because I read on ukscrappers that their scrapbooking sets which include 2 albums and lots of embellishments were down to £9.97 + vat in Cardiff. None of them in Sheffield and it looks like they're stopping selling scrapbooking stuff for a while. I did see though that they had some nice craft ribbon - you know, the wires stuff for about £5.50 a roll inc vat and that was for about 45m.

Just to say that I've posted some pictures of stamps to colour in on my webalbum. If anyone is interested just PM me.

Also, does anyone have any Flowersoft in Red and Christmas Green that they would be willing to sell me or swap with me? I don't want a full pot of either so it seems daft to buy it.
I have the Spring Mix pot that I could swap part of.

Hi all I need some help if poss it is my mums 60th at the begining of june and I am obviously making her cards. The thing is I have 4 to make all from family members and they all need to be special. One will be a bookatrix and will will be a native american style but the other 2 have me stumped. I did an exploding box and a book card for mothers day so they are also out. Any ideas??
