Just wanted to say that the Hobbycrafts Show is on at the NEC 5th-8th November, just in time for Xmas! You can get a ticket using Tesco Clubcard vouchers - £2.50 worth, bargain :D I've ordered mine, hope some of you will join me ;)

The show is also on in Glasgow 22nd-25th October.

I can definitely manage that! We'll have to try to arrange a day that suits everyone - it runs from a Thursday to Sunday.

1982girl - ouch! I'd rather have what I've got, I know how painful UTIs can be. Hope you feel better soon.

flourgirl - hope it all goes well; how annoying though that they didn't ring when they said they would. They must know that most people would feel anxious if left waiting for a call that doesn't arrive.

saveapenny - I had an endioscopy (sp?) last year; luckily the anaesthetic was so heavy that I had no recollection of it afterwards. Hope it goes well.

    What a bunch we are!

Saveapenny - that's lovely! The image is so different to anything I've seen on your cards before - and how did you get those beads affixed so perfectly?

don't worry saveapenny - I know it is not going to be nice!
a friend of mine had one and i asked her what it was like. she said it wasn't too bad (same as you feeling sick all the way through) and she decided to sing a song in her head. she said i sang stairway to heaven and I didn't get to the end - not much of a recommendation it is VERY long song:rotfl: will see how it goes! I am more bothered about not being able to eat 4 hours before and 1 hour after!!!

Sorry bunbun! My dad advised me to go for the sedation as he'd gone without and said he'd never do that again. Not what you want to hear, I know. :(
    Sorry!
