Congratulations saveapenny glad Harry is on the mend now. James is OH's and DSS middle name so no recommendation there :rotfl:.

Fab cards everyone. I really struggled with the water card but have posted a pic on my blog. I was going to add some footprints but the stamp was too big :o.

Thanks for the link to the free backing papers but can't remember who it was. OH has just bought me a printer (well the fairies put his card details in) so am going to have fun with those. What GSM paper should I use? 80 seems a bit floppy :p

hi all, it's a lovely sunny day here in staffordshire and I've just been sitting doing some of my cross stitch with the sun streaming through the windows and the marathon on TV, how relaxing hey! :D

CT - lovely cards, I especially like the sympathy one

rainmac - great challenge card, I love that wavy ribbon ;) how did you make the scalloped bit in the middle, do you have one of those border punches?

flourgirl - what a lovely lot of goodies you won on the challenge, have a lovely holiday and I hope the weather is beautiful for you!

Jailhouse - congrats on your blog candy win, I bet you can't wait for it to arrive!!

It seems we're in the luck on this thread when it comes to winning things! I went to a card workshop yesterday near Derby with EmmaOC who found out about it and very kindly invited me along, it was lovely to meet her and we had a great day crafting! :)

It was brilliant enough in itself, but I was lucky enough to win the raffle as well! It's a lovely stampin up set of 4 stamps which are gorgeous, I'll post some pics when I use them on something!

Great card kim - love you take on the water theme.

Had an idea for the challenge in my head for a few days, and have made it today. The idea was for a hanging picture frame with jumping dolphins. It's come out better than I had hoped, and I took the picture! I also cut out the 'picture frame' aperture which I found to be a bit tricky getting it to look decent. It was taken at a dolphin sanctury in Florida last year, so here is my challenge card -

Love your Gorjuss Girl. I swayed over wether to pre-order them and at last minute decieded had spent enough as had pre-ordered Whiff Joy set. Which I had now this is lovely.
