I've missed so much on here lately - saveapenny, congratulations on the arrival of your grandson; he looks adorable. You must have been through a rollercoaster of emotions the past few days. I hope baby and mum both make a speedy recovery.

The challenge cards have been great; I love how these challenges generate such inventive entries. I've made one (when I should have been working on an assignment, but hey - we all need a break!); I'll post it in the morning and update my blog, which has been seriously neglected lately.

I'm very happy this evening - I've just won my first ever blog candy! It's Laura Ashley papers, ribbons and brads, I'll put a pic on my blog tomorrow.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

    Hi Saveapenny

I've been out all day so had to log on as soon as I got home to find out how Harry was - that's great news, I've been thinking about him and wondering how he was getting on.

Hope he continues to improve and his Mum feels better soon too.

You must have been through hell last night, hopefully you'll get some sleep tonight.

Love your card, Mel, it looks fab.

Mel, what a great card - well done.

I've made a few more tonight, but still haven't got around to the challenge card - will try and do it tomorrow.

A thank you are for a man's 70th birthday invite - really struggled to think of anything for this, hence why it is so boring, the brown paper is enmbossed but you can't really tell:

and I just found out that a friends mum dies on Thursday, so thought that I'd make a sympathy card for her:
