npsmama - sorry to hear your kids aren't well, especially as you have company for the week, they could really do with the space to rest. I agree with rainmac, if its possible it would be beneficial to get them out of the house for a bit and give you and the kids some space.

with regards to your hubby, don't show him your cards any more if all he's going to do is put them down! show them to us instead and you'll only get comments on how lovely they are :) xx

dragonllew the cards on your blog are great, i especially like the red one with the lady and the dog, great colours :T

npsmama - I wasn't expecting to have any more kids, so this one was a nice surprise. Ignore your OH - I don't even bother showing mine what I've made anymore as he's just not interested! Try putting bicarbonate of soda in your kids bathwater - its meant to help with the itching, both of mine had chicken pox a few months ago and they hardly itched at all.

hels - my OH has been staying at his mother's house this week as she's on holiday, so I've had a bit of extra time to craft - its been great!

Rainmac - I wish you lived closer too!!! I don't know how I'm going to cope with my new arrival!! I was going to mention about the craftsulove postage offer - I've still got my 10 quid voucher for there that I won on the creative card crew challenge so I'll definately be spending that this weekend!!

Rainmac - I wish I had ordered my basic grey pads from here:
    http://www.everymomentmatters.co.uk/index.php
there's quite a few to choose from and they are a few pence cheaper than where I got mine from, plus there's a free postge offer on at the minute if you spend over 10 quid. I think I might buy a couple more - dare I?? Believe it or not - there's still a few ranges that I haven't got!!

    Thanks guys :o
I've just forced myself to do a 20min workout as I couldn't do one yesterday with my ILs around and it really is an absolute necissity in my fight against depression.
i'm hoping the ILs will go out for the day - they're very difficult people. i'm sure they find me hard work too although i try my best to get on with them. :o

Back to crafting - seems like a lot of online craft shops have free delivery until Monday...very tempting indeed!!

    Readicut often have good deals.

I have one of these and they are brillaint much easier to use than other punches but im not sure you can do circles with it and it only does 1 pattern ..It makes it look like you can do all 4 on the web
The lace is the one I have ..its the last on the row
Its magnetic, you lift teh punch leaver right off so it makes it easier to position the paper

EmmaOC Dragonllew & Npsmama - your cards are lovely.

Npsmama - Poorly children AND ILaws Oh Dear! ...... amazing how some folk can only see problems - obviously you'll be watching over your children with care you don't need scaremongering in the mix! My OH also sees problems with my cards but I'm sure he's only trying to help. He's a bit more artistic than me and I have to say good at technical solutions too.

Lots of ideas for spending money on here today I'm tempted by a big squeezy things because it's cheaper than the alphabet die set for my cuttlebug but not sure if I can justify it 'cos I don't actually make that many cards. I seem to be a bit obsessed by collecting kit at the moment (in case I need it one day)!

Craftygranny - Hope you get better very soon - when I fell last year they threatened me with cellulitis and gave me nasty pills to take to avoid it so I imagine it's not good........

Sorry - Daft Question Alert - I tend to print my backing papers and I'm sure it's been on here before but should I be using 100gms paper or higher?
