Hi Skiergirl - I'd say if you take bits from magazines then they are no cost items. If you mean papers/stickers/etc. that come free with magazines; would you have bought the magazines anyway if the papers weren't included? Probably yes, so technically they are a free gift and zero cost.

    S_michaels - take it easy!!!
Skiergirl - the papers were from basic grey's "two scoops" range - they are fab!! I'd say bits from a magazine should be classed as free too!

Hi all Just wanted to remind everyone to support the multitalented scrapbboker and card maker our very own MSE star Pinkladymel in her quest to become the scrapbook apprentice.

She is currently last so she really needs our votes.

please go to www.creativitylifemag.blogspot.com and vote Melanie Marshall

thank you so much she soooo deserves it xxx

This is my challenge card - the card and papers both came free with a magazine as did the sticky squares :D . The only thing I actually bought was the blue card the message is mounted on, and I've used a tiny piece of a 12 x 12 sheet that was 30p

Skiergirl Lovely card very nicely made and a snip of a price about 3p for the blue card very mse

Someone on this thread was asking for ideas for a New Home card, that would have been perfect.

Rainmac can I ask where you got your scallop edged cards from please?

Of course you can ask  http://www.craftworkcards.co.uk/embellishments_list.asp?type=emb&embellishment=171. There are two sizes and two colours.
