Ok, the challenge starting today and finishing in two weeks is...drum roll please...

To make a card in a non-traditonal shape. So, your card could be an exploding box, a book, a pyramid, a flat but shaped card...

Colours and designs are completely up to you.

Does that make sense? I usually make my cards using an A6 card as my base so this challenge will certainly bring me out of my comfort zone :p

Hope that's ok with everyone ;)

Here are some sites with how to make some different cards...

    Good luck everyone :T :T :T

you have all done some lovely cards
i've not done anything this week, i have pulled the muscle in my shoulder and have been in agony

so haven't been doing much, trying to get it better to go back to work.

so i'm sitting looking at my pink squeezy thingy, i'm a bit wary of using it at the moment, cause i'm left handed and it is my left shoulder i have hurt.

so come on has anyone used it yet

I've used my Squeeze and I love it as it was so much easier to use than I was expecting (I'm rubbish with instructions but this is so easy to use there are hardly any instructions that need to be followed) ;). It's quite heavy so I used it ontop of my coffee table rather than as a handheld thing. It cut everything out well and I wasn't really squeezing that hard either :p Go on, give it a go ;) I've ordered some shape dies so can't wait for them to arrive and I can get squeezing again :j

Not at all .... I know I can do this one though and I know I will impress myself :D:D:D ..... Plus I have spent all morning wrapping parcels of things I have sold on ebay and have a huge mountain to take to the post office, I have 5 loads of washing to do then dry, fold (stuff the ironing!) and apparently I am the only person in this house who cares if it is clean  so I need to do something for me ;)

I was only joking ;) I know what you mean about needing to do something for yourself, very important I think. I am looking forward to seeing your card - hoping to glean some ideas as no idea what I'm going to do yet. Also can completely relate to what you say about the washing/ironing etc. I am the only one who apparently is able to operate the things you need in order to perform these tasks and I apparently don't have a problem being given a huge pile of jeans/fleeces that all need washing and drying for the next day. Haven't missed his washing while he's been away and not looking forward to the washing when he gets back
