    CT19720 - S Michaels - ZLS1984 Great cards So pretty

Jailhouse babe - I also get behind reading all the posts 7 then get lost & confused.......

Rainmac - thanks for your holiday good wishes, that's where I go wrong, trying to cover everything - I've never needed the wellies!!:rotfl: Hope Thomas is getting better.

Saveapenny - Like your idea of leaving his stuff out:rotfl: though he is quite good at letting me have most of the weight...... it's the sponge bag in the case that is the worst - now our hand luggage is all shoes. FWIW I also thought of another brad on the bottom part of the card with either a ribbon or cord loop or, what about a fine covered elastic say like a hair bobble without the bobble. If you got one for blonde hair it would match....... Oh & we're going to Tenerife.........

Saveapenny, Just had another thought - could you somehow attach a loop of fibre/cotton etc to the base of the flap on the inside and have a brad or paperfastener on the actual handbag, so that to close the flap you just loop the fibre onto the brad? This may work.

This is just what I was going to suggest!! Would look quite good but not sure how easy it would be to do!

Great minds think alike and all that jazz!

Great card saveapenny. How about repositionable glue dots so you can stick it down but it can be re-opened?

Done my challenge card! I'm not very happy with it but that's because it's a man's card and I always struggle with cards for blokes...

I'm re-using the cross stitch beer glass from OH's birthday card for this one for my uncle!

  • Savapenny - Love both cards. I love the idea of a handbag that you can open. I always fasten mine down permanently with double sided tape.

ZLS - The cards are great. My favorite is the lilac flowered one it is so pretty.

Marg - Have a good time.

Gorgusslass - Welcome. Looking forward to seeing your creations.
