If you have a home bargains near you then they might have them there, they did in mine but only after Rainmac kindly sent me one. I believe the other girls picked them up from hobbycraft, they were £2.99 in Home bargains, with a couple of punches and a couple of pairs of funky scissors.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Theremight be a couple more sheets in the scrapbook section
The images have sub sections on the left under albums
I made an exploding box out of normal A4 card by cutting 2 strips of card 9 x 3 then scoring at each 3 inch then laying one ontop of the other like a cross
Then the same for the next 2 layers just making them a little smaller. Doing it his way you do have to layer the middle section up a bit to cover the joins but it works fine
Then the lid you make as normal...if that makes sense if not I will do a template. Its definalty the cheapest way of doing a 3 layered one
Heres my first attempt at a squash book ...its for hubby for velentines, which probably cost me about 50p
Hes a james bond fan I want to see if he picks up on the front cover theme..lol

Hello everyone,
I haven't been around much for a few days so I'll just say
:T to everyone who's posted pictures of cards :T
Hope anyone feeling ill is getting better, and that everyone is coping with the snow and ice ok (We still haven't had any snow or ice, so I had to watch ski sunday yesterday:rotfl: )
I went to the Gmex show on saturday and tbh was disaappointed at the range of stuff they had there. I got a few things but not most of the stuff I wanted. Has anyone ordered from Artymiss and if so, was the service good ? as they seem to have most of what I want. If there's anywhere else you can recommend I'd be grateful too.
Thanks0 -
Skiergirl - I haven't ordered from Artymiss before, but I've heard sometimes they can be slow with delivery. What was it you were after? I could see if I could find it cheaper anywhere else.
Saveapenny - great squash book, I love the colours!
Dragonflew - great cards, the papers are fab, I think the first one is my favourite.0 -

I've ordered a couple of times from Artymiss and the items were exactly what I'd ordered and well packaged but delivery was quite slow. If I were you I'd take melissa up on her offer of looking for your items, she's fab at finding discounts and bargains:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
I have ordered from Artymiss, spent about £7 and got loads of goodies as it was all heaviuly reduced. Delivery as Rainmac says was quite slow and when they arrived I wish I hadn't bothered as the embellishments weren't at all sticky so I had to add my own pads etc! Although for the amount I got it was a bargain and gave me a decent enough starter kit.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0

Ive ordered from Artmiss before and like Rusty I was dissopointed with the quality of stuff they sent me and delivery was very slow
I have just ordered from Do Craft and the stuff was 1/2 what is should have been on Artymiss ( basicgrey papers other stuff) delivery was quick and nothing was missing
I spent 57 and same stuff on Artymiss would have been well over 120If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
Thanks for the advice :T
I think I'll have a look at a few other sites before I order, does the docrafts site only do their own stuff ?0 -
Saveapenny I am still scanning away, please don't think I am being ignorant by not replying to your PM ... scanner is in full working order today and OH needs to do something with the files as he said they will be too big to email across, he said something about uploading them and they you taking them from there?? will sort it all out when finishedRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
