  • Hi ladies, wanted some outsider opinions.- a few mths ago I won some hobbycraft vouchers on the competition foreum, and i email hobbycraft to see how i could use them, as the website doe not accept vouchers and i live in N Ireland- no hobbycraft shops here. :rolleyes:After a long while they replied that they were unable to help me.
So last night i put them on UKScrappers marketplace, although its only been 24 hrs, I have one offer of £25 plus postage but I have 5X£10 vouchers. Should I accept?

Have posted my challenge card on my blog
Bit of a theme going on over there at the mo :rotfl:.

Don't think I'd accept £25 kim - can you go back with a counter offer if you don't get any more?
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

"& son" and I have been busy in our bombsite of a half made craft room this evening. Pictures of my creation here.
Have been perched on the edge of his desk, running up and downstairs for things stored in the dining room. Can't wait until I can get my desk up upstairs. Should be early next week.

I'd give it a bit longer but would maybe email back and say you'd accept £35. They might knock you down to £30 but if you really can't use them then £30 cash is probably enough to buy as much as you could with £50 in hobbycraft with their ridiculous prices! Also, many people are wary now of gift vouchers after the woolworths/zavvi debacles.
  • Thank you for your replies.
I understand that i probably wont get £50 for the vouchers, but lie dawnteabag said id prob accept £35. Initally Hobbycraft said they would investigate a way to use them online but after a while they seemed unable to help unless i could get to a store, which i cant. So i think ill wait another 24 hrs to reply on ukscrappers
